LIVE NATION's Q1 results were in line with expectations, with global concert demand remaining strong and ticket sales and event volume achieving double-digit growth.
Amphitheater ticket sales grew over double digits year-over-year, with cancellation rates staying at the industry-low 1%-2%. Venue Nation's fan count is expected to grow double-digit to over 70 million.
The company completed a venue securitization transaction exceeding €600 million to support expansion. Premium services such as Vinyl Room have achieved per capita spending of over $100. Ticketing faces mid-single-digit headwinds (restricting broker inventory), but new markets in Latin America/Asia and AI deployment provide incremental benefits.
Management is optimistic about the full year, and legal expenses will gradually decrease. There are no signs of demand slowdown, but secondary ticketing share will structurally decline to single digits.
